
To celebrate the conclusion of The LTA’s Park Tennis Project – the biggest ever transformation of parks tennis facilities across Britain.


Taking inspiration from Sir Andy Murray’s letter to tennis upon retirement, we launched a celebratory ‘Love Letter to Park Tennis’ campaign and encouraged park players from across the country to pen their own love letter to the sport.
The campaign demonstrated the benefits of the investment across 3,200 redeveloped courts and raised the visibility of opportunities for people to play park tennis.
The campaign culminated in a kids’ tennis session attended by Sir Andy, who penned his own love letter and recollected his memories of park tennis.
We amplified the campaign through a powerful video of Andy reciting his own letter and facilitated national media interview with him discussing the impact of the project.

Widespread engagement and reach, achieving an audience of 195M audience through traditional media features including BBC News at Ten, the Guardian, Global Radio. The hero video also went far and wide, with 60k+ reached through the social content and 14k+ engagements.
